Delivery
Colombo — next working day
Orders confirmed before 14.00 leave the same afternoon and arrive the next working day. Orders after that time leave the following morning.
Island-wide — 2 to 4 working days
Tracked courier to every district. Delivery is free in Colombo and the Western Province; a flat rate applies to the rest of the island.
Signature on delivery
We send a confirmation when your parcel leaves the hub, and the courier asks for a signature on arrival.
Returns
Damaged in transit
If a parcel arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours with a photo. We replace the item or refund the full amount, including delivery.
Wrong item
If we send the wrong item, we arrange a pickup and ship the correct one at no cost to you.
Unwanted, unopened item
Return an unopened, undamaged product within 14 days for a refund of the item price. Delivery charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns.
