Inspection, colony treatment and monitoring for termites in existing buildings, using baiting and soil treatment methods.
Termites cause more structural damage in Sri Lanka than any other pest, and most of it happens out of sight. By the time you see mud tubes on a wall or winged termites after rain, a colony has usually been feeding for months. Our first step is always a full inspection: we check foundations, door frames, roof timber, gardens and fences to map how far the activity has spread.
Treatment depends on what the inspection finds. Active colonies are treated with termiticide applied to the soil around and under the building, creating a treated zone the termites cannot cross. Where soil treatment is not practical — tiled courtyards, wells close to the house — we install bait stations that the colony carries back to the nest.
Termite work is not finished when the spraying stops. We schedule monitoring visits to confirm the colony is eliminated and that no new activity has started, and we put the findings in writing after every visit.

What to expect
A full termite inspection takes one to two hours for an average house. Soil treatment is usually completed in a day; baiting programmes run over several weeks while the colony feeds.
Common questions
I saw winged termites after the rain. Is my house infested?
Not necessarily. Winged termites (alates) fly in from outside after rain. But if they emerged from inside the house, or you find shed wings on window sills, there is likely a nest in or under the building and an inspection is worth booking.
Can you treat without drilling my floors?
Often, yes. Perimeter soil treatment and bait stations need little or no drilling. Where termites are active under a slab, small drill holes may be the only way to reach the soil — we show you exactly where before we drill.
How long does termite treatment last?
Soil treatments remain effective for several years, but Sri Lankan conditions — rain, soil type, gardens against walls — shorten that. Annual inspections are the reliable way to stay protected.
