The situation
Gnawed cartons and droppings were appearing in the dry-goods racking, and night staff reported movement along the rear wall. Loose bait laid by a previous contractor had been dragged into stock areas — a contamination risk the client could not carry.
Our approach
We removed all loose bait and installed twenty-two tamper-resistant stations on a mapped grid: perimeter walls, goods-in bays and the rear runway. Snap traps went inside stations near the highest activity for a fast initial knockdown, and we sealed the two door gaps and one drain entry the inspection identified. Station checks ran weekly for the first month, then fortnightly.
